nah it's a fan that has strips of colourful paper hanging from it.
it came from the thing.... wad is that called...
the thing that shoots those small pieces of colourful paper and strips of it out..
normally on celebrations... ahhhh
PARTY POPPERS! YAAAAAAA!!!!
this was at some national day at bishan active..
it shot out after the last YUMMMMM SENGGGGGGG~
and then hit dao the fan.
and the fan stopped moving... o_o..
it was quite a funny scene.. so i decided to take a pic of it :o
there was this...... fire performance too..

i was wondering if they blow until the tent on top..
then it catches fire.... den............... GG LOL
